Baca County Court Docket is privately operated and is not a court office. Official schedules, Registers of Action, filed orders, certified copies, payments, and hearing changes are handled by the Baca County Combined Court clerk or by the court identified on the case. The information below directs each request to its official source and makes clear which services cannot be provided by this website.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. The site cannot retrieve a court file, change a setting, remove or seal a case, accept money, certify a record, or give legal advice. Those requests must go to the responsible court or clerk.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the following routes for common Baca County court needs:

  • Filed document: use the court record search instructions and request the paper by name instead of relying on a calendar result
  • Certified copy: identify the exact order or filing and ask the Combined Court clerk to certify it
  • Register of Action: select that item on Colorado's Record/Document Request Form and choose Baca County as the location
  • Court date: follow the court dates process, check the newest setting, and compare it with the controlling order
  • Scheduled event: begin with the official case lookup and verify a time-sensitive result directly with the clerk
